To All Patients:
In an effort to more accurately and efficiently manage prescription refills, we ask our patients to either request refills using the Patient Portal or by contacting their pharmacy directly. We are no longer able to respond to messages left on our telephone system.
If you have not been set up on the Patient Portal, our staff can web enable you at your next office visit.
If you do not have internet/email access, then contact your pharmacy to make sure they check for unused refills. They will contact us if new refills are needed.
As always, we ask that you bring all current prescription bottles to each office visit to allow us to keep accurate medication and refill records.
